Regular classes in Tucson:

 

AcroYoga fundamentals

Members of Flight School and some of our friends will be hosting a regular class at the Cirque Roots on Thursdays 7:00pm-8:30pm.  Discover a dynamic practice combining yoga, acrobatics, and Thai Massage. Learn the basics of partner stacks, counterbalances, partner acrobatics, inversions, and therapeutic flying. Explore partner dynamics, base and flyer techniques, choreography, and improvisation. No partner or experience necessary. Come explore the inner and outer practices of AcroYoga!  $10.

Barefoot Studios with Kyra & Alie every Tuesday and Thursday 6:00-7:30   barefootstudiotucson.com

Body Conditioning

Come and spend some time with Alie as he helps whip you into shape Sundays 8:00 – 9:00 pm. $5

  1. Hello!

    I’m super interested in trying acroyoga, but during most of the scheduled class times I’m unavailable. I tried to look at the UA Rec Center page to see if I could sign up for the Friday evening class with Andre and Serena, but I couldn’t figure out how. Is the class still available? And if so, can I sign up?

  2. My daughter did Circus Camp this summer and Andre had said she cd come to some of the adult classes. I am looking at the one at the UA rec center, and am wanting to make sure we can do it. I told her I’d do it with her! Is there a way to contact Andre? Thanks, Apryl

    • Suzan,

      No, not being a UA student does not exclude you! We welcome anyone to all of our classes. The one at the UA rec center does require a rec center pass, which may not be available to those not affiliated with the UA. We look forward to seeing you!
